DryWrite Presents: WHAT’S IN MY BOX

Vicky Jones and Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s unique, provocative, and much loved experimental New Writing theatre night is back. 

A scratch night inviting writers to partake in a true experiment and audiences to be at the centre of the conversation and experience. 

This time, 9 Writers will take on an experiment in INTRIGUE. Ranging from experienced writers to “cherry poppers” this night is designed to allow writers to truly experiment with how to affect an audience and, in this case, how to make an audience desperate to know what’s in their box… 

All pieces of writing will be performed anonymously to give true freedom to the experiment. 

Line-up of writers and actors will be announced on the night, so you have to be there not to miss it…!

DryWrite is an award-winning and Olivier-nominated New Writing theatre company that challenges writers to work with specific briefs and goals to actively engage audiences. Founded in 2007 DryWrite has since worked with over one hundred playwrights and produced multi-award winning plays ‘The One’ and ‘Touch’ by Vicky Jones and ‘Fleabag’ by Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
