Box Office and Reception Supervisor

The Box Office Assistant role at Underbelly Boulevard Soho is an essential part of the customer journey. Often the first point of contact for internal and external customers – colleagues, visitors to the theatre and restaurant, visiting companies and guests – this role’s primary goal is to provide an excellent experience to our customers by being welcoming, helpful, accurate, timely and knowledgeable. You will operate as a receptionist, stage door keeper and box office assistant, often managing several priorities at the same time, including operating the box office Red61 system, the telephone switchboard, multiple email inboxes, and visitors, companies and guests that arrive in person at the venue, as well as handling deliveries. You will be proactive and work to support various departments at Underbelly Boulevard Soho.

Restaurant Floor Supervisor

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team! It’s a vibrant environment where no two days are the same, and we want someone who thrives in a bustling atmosphere. (We value creativity – and all the quirks that come with it)! This is a part-time, casual position. As a Restaurant Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading the Restaurant Floor team on shift, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience while upholding our high standards of service.

Casual Technician

We are currently looking to increase our pool of casual technicians who have a good knowledge of theatrical technology specialising in sound, lighting, video or as a general all-rounder.
